The BBG Communications scholarship is designed for students between the ages of 16 and 21 who are currently in or will be attending an institution of higher education in the Fall of 2013. This is a $1,000 award. To be considered eligible for the BBG Communications Scholarship, you must:

· Be between the ages of 16 and 21 on June 30, 2013

· Submit answers to the two essay questions from the application page prior to the June 30, 2013 deadline.

· Have at least one full year of post-secondary studies remaining at the time of the award

· Have a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

· Be a citizen of the United States or Canada

Finalists chosen monthly

American Liberty Scholarship selects 2 finalists every month to compete for their annual $5,000 scholarship. The winner for this hefty award is chosen from a total of 24 finalists annually. The initial application for consideration as a finalist is at www.americanlibertyscholarship.com and takes only a few minutes to complete and submit.

Doyon Foundation will be closed June 13-14, 2013 due to our annual fundraiser, the 13th Annual Morris Thompson Memorial Golf Classic. We will return to the office on Monday, June 17th. Thank you.

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is pleased to announce the reinstatement of the ANTHC $5000 Scholarship for the remainder of the 2012/2013 academic year. Detailed information and the complete application are attached to this email. Please consider this invitation to apply or distribute to others in your community who may be interested.

The Education, Development and Training (EDT) department at ANTHC is accepting applications now through July 15, 2013 to award for the remaining spring and summer terms. This scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and fees for professional certificate programs or higher education degrees (Associates, Bachelors and PhDs). ANTHC grants these scholarships as an integral part of its long-term strategy to increase Alaska Natives and American Indians in the healthcare field.
This scholarship award is open to all individuals who are Alaska Native or American Indian and meet the following eligibility requirements:

Permanent Alaska residents
Interested in working in the healthcare field
Currently enrolled in a formal education or training program

In the future, ANTHC will be offering this scholarship on an annual basis, at the beginning of each academic year. Next award offering will be in the fall of 2013 for the 2013/2014 academic year.
