Alaska Native Language Preservation Advisory Council

Alaska Native Language Survey

The Alaska Native Language Preservation & Advisory Council seeking your input. They are gathering information from around the state on the status of Alaska Native languages. Information from this survey will be shared with the Governor and Legislature to develop Alaska Native language revitalization programs.

Please take a moment to complete the short questionnaire online about Alaska Native language programs in your school or town for the Alaska Native Language Preservation & Advisory Council.

If you are not sure how to answer a question, please contact ANLPAC.  They are happy to help you answer questions, or help you complete the survey. Many people have asked about other language programs or projects around the state, about successes and failures and to learn from others. Information provided will help the ANLPAC develop best practices for others to create programs in their own towns.

Please answer to the best of your knowledge and submit it as soon as possible. If you wish to contact staff email them anlpac@alaska.gov, or call them at 907-269-3646.
